Health and nutrition have evolved drastically over the years with a staggering growth rate of 65% over the last decade (2013-2023). With the world growing ever so rapidly, so has the spectrum of the assorted food choices we are exposed to. Unfortunately, despite this growth, there are restrictions as to what information is available to the public, especially in the food retail and fast food business. Having a healthy lifestyle has seemingly been made to seem easier. However, more people are struggling with obesity and other now than ever before. Why is that?

Well, you’ve come to the right place. On healing your wellness we give you the full information that truthfully, most won’t. The battle with obesity is at an all time high. This is because people aren’t sure what’s good anymore. Lately articles have been released which seem to have demonized eggs, an all-time household favourite. Advancement in technology and healthcare in general have resulted in increased life expectancy. However, there’s a new challenge dawning one which came with the good life we so desperately strive for.

This challenge is the sedentary lifestyle.

Watch out for part 2 of this article next week as we continue the discussion on our health and wellness.

Healing your wellness is not to replace any professional medical advice. Please consult with your doctor before implementing any lifestyle changes.
